Look, we all know this can be an exhausting ordeal, but when push comes to shove, you need to partner with a company that will stand by you! My first communication was with Duane. Super nice, no pressure. When we decided to buy locally, he reached out and said he wanted to earn our business. He then called me with his GM Will and my wife took over from there. I ended up flying from New Hampshire to Kentucky to take delivery. There was some confusion around the extended warranty, however I go back to the fact that Blue Compass has locations all over the country and, their warranty covered a certified mobile technician if we were on the road. At the end of the day, I drove our new wonderful rig back to New Hampshire. Mike walked me through the entire rig and answered all my questions. Philip the finance manager was outstanding. We were looking for a partnership over just a sale. Blue Compass of Kentucky met all our expectations in the end. Thank you all and highly recommend the trip from where ever to visit Duane, Will, Mike and Philip! Not to mention Duane let me use his car to pick up items from an Amazon locker!

We’ve had a wonderful experience getting our very first camper! Crystal made the buying experience easy and so fun! She is the best!! 5 Star Tony taught us what we needed and didn’t know we needed! We will be back, and send everyone we know!

I can’t say enough great things about our experience purchasing our camper at Blue Compass. We loved working with our salesman Dwayne. He made us feel at home and answered any questions. Richard, in finance, was amazing at explaining all the paperwork it took to purchase our rig. And then there is Tony who did our walk through. We was the best ever! He explained every single detail of every little thing inside and out. He was also great at giving pointers! We had a great experience and wanted to make sure that we give them all credit where credit is due!! Thanks BC!

We had a great exprience purchasing our new Grand Design Lineage 25FW from Blue Compass Lexington. Bobby was very helpful and did a really good job as our salesman. He helped us make the right choice by showing us several different models and answered all our questions.

Aaron was a remarkable salesperson. He wasn't pushy at all; he just helped us find the perfect camper van. He was patient, communicative, knowledgeable, and fun, and we appreciated his willingness to wait until we were ready to purchase. We felt like we were in very trustworthy hands with Aaron. He spent so much time with us, we now consider him a friend. :) Rich was a rare finance guy who didn't give us the "ick." He, too, was warm and personable and helped us feel at ease with the entire financing process (while also providing snacks!). And Tony. What a funny, kind, and knowledgeable human Tony is. Our walkthrough was a blast, and he helped us figure out all the nuances of our new-to-us Airstream. I'd like to stick him in my pocket for our first camping trip so he's there when I'm scratching my head and wondering what to do next. What an amazing team and experience. We are so grateful.
